I think the underlying theme that Sanjiv teaches us is to really embrace the moment and soak it all in. Soak in every little morsale that life provides in the moment. I think that is so key to do, but so hard to do as society tells us we ALWAYS need to be concerned about 'getting ahead' or 'whats coming next'  
Enjoy the moment with the ones you love, slow down your pace in life, and realize you are in the place you are right now currently at this moment in your life for a reason, for a purpose.
