The 1%-er Podcast w/ David Nurse | NBA Life/Optimization Coach Interviews NBA Athletes & GAME CHANGING 1%-ers!!!

Apr 24, 2017

This week on the Game of Life, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson joins the show.  If you want to meet a colorful, full of life, genuine guy Rondae is the man! He is the epitome of the term Renaissance Man.  Much more than just a basketball player, Rondae is a breath of fresh air and a great overall guy.  One of the absolute up and coming young talents in the NBA - you will be hearing about him A LOT in the coming years.

We dive in depth with Rondae on how he got where he is today, why Will Smith has nothing on him in the acting game, his love for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and of course him degrading any ounce of athleticism I have!!

You can follow him on Instagram @iamchap24 and support his foundation CHAP (calm humble and patient) at http://rhj24.com/rhj-in-the-community/chap/

Our sponsor this week on the Podcast is SuperScreen - literally the future of watching streaming sports, movies, shows, anything from a direct feed from any and all mobile devices.  You will be blow away! Check it out Not even out on the market yet, but you can pre-order here:

                                                       SLEEP TIPS!!

1. No Blue Light on your computer screen or phone 3 hours before bed (try Gunnar glasses for eyes, f.lux on your computer)

2. 10-3-2-1Rule:
10 hours before bed – No more caffeine.
3 hours before bed – No more food or alcohol.
2 hours before bed – No more work.
1 hour before bed – No more screen time (turn off all phones, TVs and computers)

3. ZMA - Zinc, Magnesium, B-6  (get it anywhere at a GNC - the best formula for sleep)

4. White Noise (I use the app Rain Rain - free app and you can be on the beach, in a rainstorm, basically anywhere that drowns out any sounds to give you the optimal sleep!)

5. Eye Mask (yeah I know it looks nerdy and all but keeping out any light keeps the circadian rhythm in natural flow. It's big time, trust me!)

Enjoy the show!
